Vanilla

Produced in conjunction with Punch-Drunk Productions, this project needed to explain the function of Vanilla’s software and the advantages it brings to financial planners. Mountains Out Media was brought on to run the production side, allowing the Punch-Drunk team to focus on the narrative. Once on site, our Mountains Out team performed a quick location scout to determine the best approach for each scene. After locations had been decided, we lit and framed the interview providing all lights, cameras and audio needed to successfully capture the story. After wrapping the interview, our camera team switched from tripod to gimbal and began to capture footage from around the office to help visually tie the story together. 

Once the filming had wrapped, the Mountains Out team brought the media back to the office to edit, mix and grade all the footage into the final product you see today. The editing was all done in-house, including graphics and sound sweetening, while review files and transcript were shared with the client via our web based review platform. 

Through clear and consistent lines of communication, we were able to produce and edit this project in just 2 weeks, ensuring we stayed on budget and even delivered the final product ahead of schedule.
